1. Order Cancellation
We process orders quickly to get your items to you as soon as possible. If you need to cancel your order before it ships, here’s what you need to know:
- Cancellation Window: 24 Hours — You may cancel your order without penalty within 24 hours of purchase.

- After 24 Hours — Once the 24-hour window has passed, your order enters fulfillment and cannot be cancelled. You’ll need to follow our standard return process once you receive the item.
2. Returns & Eligibility
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for eligible items within our specified return window.

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order (for online purchases) or from the date of purchase (for in-store purchases) to initiate a return.
What Qualifies for Return
- Sizing Errors: The item received does not match the size you selected at checkout.
- Incorrect Item: You received a different product than what you ordered.
- Defects or Damage: Visible damage, misprints, seam issues, or manufacturing defects not disclosed in the product description.
- Change of Mind: Unworn, unwashed items in original condition (certain final-sale items excluded).
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following requirements:

3. Return Shipping
Shipping costs for returns depend on the reason for your return:
We Cover Return Shipping If:
- Item is Defective or Damaged: We provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
- We Sent the Wrong Item: We cover all return shipping costs for confirmed errors on our part.
You Cover Return Shipping If:
- General Returns (Fit Issues, Change of Mind): You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to protect your package.

4. Refund Processing
We process refunds as quickly as possible once we receive and inspect your returned item.
- Inspection: 1–5 Business Days — Once your return arrives at our store, we inspect the item to confirm it meets return conditions.
- Refund Approval — If approved, we process your refund to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Fund Availability: 3–7 Business Days — After we process the refund, it may take an additional 3–7 business days for funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

Due to our constantly changing inventory, we do not offer direct exchanges. However, we make the process simple:

- Return the original item for a refund (following our return policy).
- Once your refund is processed, place a new order for the item you’d like.
Manufacturer Defect Exception
If a manufacturer error or defect is confirmed, we will:
- Ship a replacement product at no cost to you, if available in your size.
- If the exact item is out of stock, issue a full refund immediately.
